Location
This villa is located on a quiet street in Utrecht, in the middle of a residential area. Guests will find the nearest restaurants just 200 metres away and it is 1 km to the closest pubs, bars and shops. It is a 15-minute walk (5 minutes by bus) from the city centre but is also easily accessible from the motorways.

The urban hotel was built in 1905. Guests have a choice of. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.
