Location
The resort is nestled away at the north-eastern part of Batam Island, around a 35-minute ferry ride away from Singapore. Major shopping, cultural and entertainment hubs of the area can be reached within a 20- to 35-minute drive from the resort. Turi Beach is in the immediate vicinity and the centre of Batam is a 25-minute drive away. Other nearby places of interest include the village of Malay Kampong and the Nongsa River (both 20 minutes by car), the Vihara Duta Metria Buddhist temple (25 minutes), Barelang Bridge and the restored Vietnamese Refugee Camp and Museum (both 50 minutes), and Penyengat Island (around an hour away). Han Nadim Airport (Batam) is just 15 minutes from the hotel.

The resort has 140 rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy.
