Constructed on the site of the most developed steam mill in Serbia (1901) and declared as cultural monument under state protection, the hotel has been selected for multiple International Design and Hotel Awards for preserving the mill’s authentic heritage. It is located in the midst of the city, near the banks of the Sava River, between the “Gazela Bridge” (with the city highway) and one of the most representative boulevard of Belgrade – Bulevar Kneza Miloša.
