With a privileged location, the country house is situated approximately 3 km from the town of Angra do Heroísmo, which since 1983 has been classified as a World Heritage City by UNESCO. Praia da Vitória and the harbour are both roughly 25 km from the country house. The airport is around 20 km away, which is approximately a 20-minute drive.
