The hotel is situated 300 m from the start of the Great Ocean Walk and the Marengo Marine Sanctuary, 2 km from the Apollo Bay township and Otway National Park, 185 km south-west of Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road and set amongst the most spectacular and breathtaking scenery in Victoria. It is only 2 minutes' walk to beach, and 20 minutes' walk to restaurants. The Cape Otway Lighthouse and Otway Fly Treetop Walk are around 30-40 minutes' drive away, while Maits Rest Rainforest is located just 10 minutes' from the property.
