The apartments are located in a small bungalow complex, which lies off one of Puerto del Carmen's main roads. A shopping centre lies within 80 m of the hotel, where there are plenty of shopping and entertainment venues to choose from. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away and the airport is a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

19 apartments are available to guests. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the bungalow complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service and a coin-operated laundry.
